Buying a pashmina online can be unnerving. For one thing, the main consideration is the legendary softness of the fabric, and you can't feel it. So how can you be sure you're getting what you paid for?
Second, you don't really know how the color of the product will compare to the color you see on your monitor.
Third, there are a lot of shysters out there. It's the Internet!
So let's just be clear. We want you to be happy. That's the bottom line. We will do what it takes: exchange, refund, screw-up discount, grovel.
That's it. Just call us, email, or whatever, and we will make it good.
Pashmina shawls are relatively fragile, so we can't guarantee it foreover. Let's just say 30 days.
Unless the problem is our fault, we will not cover shipping costs. And we will only cover ordinary shipping costs -- not express courier service, for instance. First class mail is fine. Don't bother insuring your return, because postal insurance is basically a scam: recovery is so time-consuming and unlikely that it just is not a viable option.
We will not ordinarily send you a number of items from which you intend to choose one and send the rest back.
Actually, we may have questions. We don't want to disappoint our customers, and we are not crazy about losing money, so we try to figure out exactly what the issue is. But...
